as around 250. In total, 850 photos were taken in which Warby glasses were shown and it is estimated that 370,000 Instagram users were reached. However, Warby Parker did not consider the numbers to be the most important: involving existing and new Warby fans with the brand in an original and visual way was reason enough.

International: Pilgramers
Another influential group of Instagramers are the Pilgramers . The Pilgramers were formed when two young American students ( Jody Johnston and Ryan Carl ) made the satirical video 'Stuff Instagramers Say'. With statements such as "I just don't know what to gram today." and "I'm so tired of ghost followers." the video quickly became a hit among Instagramers. Johnston and Carl decided to form a group and, out of their love for Instagram, organize a road trip through America to meet and film other Instagram users.

Together with two other enthusiasts ( Thomas Flight and Instagram celebrity Tim Landis ) they traveled to cities like Seattle and Oklahoma City and interviewed well-known and lesser-known Instagramers. They created a logo and made videos of their trip. The Pilgramers were also used for influencer marketing. At the moment they are on Hamilton Island in Australia, list to data where they flew in for the ultimate Pilgramers instameet to promote the island.

Communities have also been started in the Netherlands. IGersHolland consists of a main team with a number of Dutch Instagramers who organize instameets and photo competitions. Walks are regularly organized in the big cities, which usually attract about ten Instagramers. A number of members were recently deployed by Samsung to promote the Samsung Galaxy Camera by means of a photo competition, in which Instagramers compete for the title of most photogenic city on behalf of various European cities.

Individual Dutch Instagramers do not go unnoticed either. The so-called Insta guide shows which Dutch users have the most followers and are therefore seen as the most influential Instagramers. It is not surprising that number 1, Eelco Roos ( @croyable , +200,000 followers), is currently in Iceland to make Instagrams for Johnnie Walker. More and more companies are starting to realize that users who have a large following and also take beautiful photos are an ideal tool to use to tell the story of their brand or product.
