In fact, the Harvard Business Review conducted a survey and asked 182 managers from a wide range of industries if they found their meetings productive:

65% of managers said meetings prevent them from completing their daily objectives.
71% said meetings were unproductive and inefficient.
64% indicated that these meetings actually impede strategic thinking.
62% commented that meetings do not provide an opportunity for their teams to unite.
Avoid these types of meetings if you don't have any issues to address. Don't hold meetings without a purpose; trust me, your representatives will thank you for it.

But don't get me wrong, meetings are necessary for your sales teams, as long as you have a defined objective for holding the meeting and that it's the best way to address the issue.

Before scheduling a meeting, ask yourself the forex database following questions:

Is it necessary to organize a meeting to solve this problem?
Who should participate in this meeting?
How long does it take for participants to arrive prepared for the meeting?
Quickly send a meeting invitation to the people involved in the topic—the people who will be directly impacted by the decisions made at the meeting.

Likewise, don't underestimate the importance of sending out the meeting date and agenda in advance so that participants can adequately prepare for it.

And during the meeting it is important that you take these tips into account:

Start and end the meeting on time : There's nothing worse than a long meeting... well, yes, a meeting that doesn't start on time. You can set the exact duration and divide the schedule by topic, so whoever receives your meeting invitation can immediately visualize it.
