Using Zoho Sign by Vtiger is very simple and can be done in just a few steps.

Download and install the Zoho Sign extension. Add your account details, including your signature.
Find the Create Document screen where you can add information about the signer and the slots you want them to sign in.
Add the recipient's email address with an email note for more information.
