Recruitment and work at Audika

Post by RRAkib1@# »

Days: How did you come across Talent Days and what are your memories of the events?

Pola: I found information about Talent Days completely by accident, browsing the internet. I couldn't make it the first time, but I signed up for the second time - the atmosphere of the event was very positive. It was a great place to meet different companies and talk to people from the industry.

Talent Days: Why do you think job fairs are a better way to find a job than traditional online applications?

Pola: A job fair is a bit like a window into the world of work. You can see right away if the company culture and the employer's expectations match you. It's a much more personal experience than sending out hundreds of CVs and just waiting for a response.

Talent Days: Do you have any advice for people planning to attend similar events?

Pola: The most important thing is to be yourself and have an open mind. Don't be afraid to ask questions and strike up a conversation. Remember that this is also a chance for employers to get to know you, so it's worth standing out - approach, talk, ask about available job offers, or grab a contact and cool gadgets.

Talent Days: What did the recruitment phone number all mobile number list process look like after the Audika fair and what did recruiters pay attention to during the interview?

Pola: The process was quite standard, but very efficient. In addition to the interview, I had a recruitment task that allowed me to present my practical skills. I think the employer was looking for a creative person, but also well-organized and able to work independently.

Talent Days: Can you tell us a little more about your responsibilities at Audika? What is the working atmosphere like?

Pola: My job is very diverse. I deal with everything related to positioning our website on the Internet, from creating content to analyzing data. I also design various graphic materials, edit films and do photography. The atmosphere at work is really great. I appreciate the fact that I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills. Every day brings new challenges, which makes the job very satisfying.

Talent Days: Was there any specific training that helped you get this job?

Pola: I think my experience gained during freelancing was my biggest asset. Of course, I am still learning, but I already had the basic skills, thanks to which I am now developing on a wider scale.

Career Beginnings - Advice from Pola
Talent Days: Finally, what advice would you have for young people just starting their careers?

Pola: Be curious about the world and don't be afraid to leave your comfort zone. It's worth investing in your development and looking for opportunities to gain new experiences. Remember that each of us started from scratch, so don't give up at the first difficulties. More humility and awareness that the world will not always adapt to us - then go against it.
