How clear are your terms of cooperation with the client?

There are professionals who start working without a written agreement and receive a down payment, hoping that this will get them the job.
Then they complain that the client took advantage of them.
A big mistake that sends the wrong message to the prospective client!

There has never been a single client who has demanded that I start working before I get paid.
Obviously, there are people like that, but they don't come to me.
This is because the way I work is clear from my website and the first phone call or email.
My obligations and terms of cooperation are also absolutely clear, in the greece mobile database multi-page offer that I will then send to those I consider to be potential clients.
(The success rate of the offers I send is 90%. In short, I send offers to those who have already purchased my services.)

On the other hand, proper organization helps you first – and secondly the client, who will immediately feel confident and secure.
An organized system for managing clients, storing files, creating templates, etc. – digitally, and therefore very easily now – saves us an infinite amount of time and stress.

For some of us it is easy, because it is in our nature to be organized.
But whether you like it or not, you will have to acquire a system and organization if you want to progress and inspire trust.
