I have always enjoyed dissecting the behavior of famous people. Dissecting means, here in this context, trying to understand, to analyze the behavior of these people to simply apply concrete things in my life. That is why I really like reading biographies or historical books that trace the journey of famous people.

You might think: "The President of the United States, the greatest power in the world, must have something to teach us about stress management."
