There is no on-premise version
For companies looking for a messenger with increased security, the availability of a version for their servers may be a selection criterion. At the moment, Pachka only has a cloud version, and this should be taken into account when choosing a service.

If you need a stable corporate messenger on your own server , try Compass.

A stripped down version for small teams
If you have a small team and do not want to buy a paid plan, then the free version of "Pachka" lacks some features. For example, a limit of up to 2000 messages per month (after which a banner will appear), no guest access and file storage.

Integrations
The boxed solution has two built-in integrations: with the Gitlab service and Grafana. Gitlab is a system for managing repositories and tracking errors in project code. Grafana is a system for data visualization.

To connect these two services, you need to go to the messenger settings, copy the link and then paste it into the Gitlab or Grafana settings. The integration only works one way - to transfer data to "Pachka".

Custom integrations
If you want to connect some other services to "Pachka", there is a bot platform for this. Right inside the messenger, you can create and configure a bot to make a connection with another application.

Messages sent and received from third-party services will be sent from the bot you create.

There are two ways to do this: via Webhook or API.

Webhook
A webhook is a way to send notifications about what has happened in a particular lithuania phone number list system using the HTTP protocol. A webhook can be incoming or outgoing. Incoming allows you to receive messages, and outgoing allows you to send messages.

Both incoming and outgoing Webhooks are supported in the Pack. For successful setup, it is important that the service you want to integrate also supports both types.

Most modern services support both types of Webhook: AmoCRM, Jira, Bitrix and many other services can be easily connected to the messenger. You can find out whether Webhook is supported by a specific service on its website in the integrations section.

API
It happens that the service does not support Webhook or this integration method does not solve your problems because it requires fine-tuning. Then you can connect it to the "Pachka" via API, if this is provided by the developers.
