I noticed that [you seemed a little absent in the last meeting / you haven't been attending our after-work get-togethers as much lately / it seems like you don't enjoy work as much as you used to]. So I wanted to check in and see if you're OK. Is there anything I can help you with?

Best regards,

No matter what you say, make sure that the other person doesn't feel attacked or hurt. "You look tired!" isn't necessarily the best way to start a conversation and "Do you think you're suffering from burnout?" also sounds a little harsh.

Don't embarrass your employees. Start the conversation naturally and focus on malaysia telegram data the reason you're having it in the first place: you care about the other person and their job satisfaction, and you want to help them feel good and successful.

Wouldn't it be practical to simply see the day-to-day satisfaction of your employees on a scale so that you can keep an eye on developments and identify motivational highs or stress lows?

This way, you would know exactly when to reach out to a team member and offer special support or address and resolve growing problems before someone ends up quitting.
