Almost half of software users are interested in alternative software

Another 12% of respondents cited difficulties in adapting to company processes. Implementation and process adaptation are a reason for reluctance for many companies. Company-specific software solutions are tailored to the specific company and its processes. Installed software or cloud solutions, on the other hand, are usually designed in such a way that they can be used by a wide range of different companies. Therefore, when transferring processes to the software, all processes must first be represented and then redefined, often adapted and subsequently transferred. Without adapting the company processes to the software, it cannot be used in the best possible way.

After all, 15% of non-users plan to use software in their HR department in the future.

We wanted to find out what interest in (new) HR software is among users and non-users. The software market for HR management has great potential and (new) solutions are in high demand.
