We’ve tried a number of tools and developed our own in-house solution, but no link building tutorial is possible without including at least one outreach tool. So I’ll go ahead and recommend Pitchbox (disclaimer: this is the only tool I haven’t tried yet but I’ve heard great people recommend it, so I have full confidence in its awesomeness):
