The willingness to accept changes in the company or organization and to initially have a positive attitude towards them is something that can be learned. Some employees are "innovative" and open-minded due to their personality, while others are fundamentally opposed to change. There are various concepts in personnel development to achieve a level adjustment.

Creating a Willingness for Change
Clearly demonstrate added value for all parties involved
Build a comprehensible story and communicate it step by step
Allow time to get used to the new system
Provide instruction using practical examples for orientation
Form internal user and support structures
It is clear that an already established change austria whatsapp data management and a corresponding corporate culture are also beneficial to a CRM project. Employees have already learned to deal with changes in a positive way.

The Art of Telling Stories – Storytelling
The added value of using CRM must be presented to all those involved in a way that is appropriate for the target group. It must be clear to every employee what they will get out of it. The argument leads from the small to the large, for example from greater efficiency and satisfaction with one's own daily work and the removal of work barriers, to profit maximization and the resulting advantages, for example in salary development. It is also about creating trust by showing that the benefit is greater than the effort.

Each department in the company has a specific task and therefore a different significance for value creation. This is best demonstrated with a "story" (see Storytelling Marketing ). All those involved and individual departments first work towards the realization that a structural change is necessary. Only then is CRM presented as an important element of the solution.

Never let communication break down
There is continuous communication with the reference groups throughout the entire project. This not only provides ongoing information on the current project status, but also increases commitment to the project. In addition, valuable ideas are captured that would only lead to major problems once the software has been introduced.

As a CRM project manager, always listen to future users and respond professionally to questions and concerns. Isolation and lack of communication opens the door to speculation, rumors and bad moods. Dealing with conflicts of interest in terms of conflict and escalation management is also an important topic in personnel development - especially when it comes to strategic decisions and the associated changes.
