Our social brain from an evolutionary perspective

Anthropology, or the study of human behavior, is gaining importance in HR. According to Saskia, you can't change the culture of a company that quickly, but you can change the behavior of the people within that company. Insight into that behavior is necessary for that. It is also crucial to look at what your changes have brought about. What effect does it have? Does what you predicted happen?

HR should also pay attention to the talents within the company. As a talent coach, HR can look at what needs to change in order to work with the full potential of all employees. By making the most of everyone's talents, the potential of the entire company is greatly increased.
