CSA whitelisting: stricter guidelines for senders
We know how important it is that your emails and newsletters arrive in your recipients' inboxes. To ensure that this runs smoothly, AGNITAS is a member of the Certified Senders Alliance (CSA), among others. CSA whitelisting plays an important role in inbox placement. Of course, we make sure that the high CSA quality criteria and strict guidelines are adhered to.
A new CSA procedural code has been in effect since October 1, 2016, and cameroon number dataset new admission criteria have come into effect since November 4, 2016, which we would like to briefly inform you about.
CSA whitelisting is an important component in delivery
Participation in the Certified Senders Alliance means that spam filters from Internet service providers (ISPs) generally do not take effect and the emails therefore land directly in the recipient's inbox. For example, our customers are not affected by the SPF tightening at web.de, gmx and 1&1, as we are classified as trustworthy by participating in the CSA whitelisting .

To ensure that trust in the CSA whitelist is not abused, a central complaints office ensures that the emails meet all legal standards. A new CSA procedure has been in place since October 1, 2016: If a sender attracts negative attention several times (3 complaints within 6 months), they are published in the CSA pillory. If there are further violations within 6 months, they are temporarily excluded from the whitelist. Several temporary exclusions ultimately lead to a permanent exclusion. Whether a CSA participant appears in the pillory is therefore a quality feature that can directly influence the success of a mailing campaign.
By the way, AGNITAS has never been on the CSA pillory:
