What sellers face on large platforms

The most popular marketplaces in Russia are Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex.Market and AliExpress. Companies selling their products there face the listed problems to varying degrees. Let's consider the features of each platform.

Wildberries
Customer support. Sellers complain that the service takes a long time to respond, it's formulaic, and the problem isn't solved the first time. They have to write to the official Telegram chat.
Another option to solve the problem is to send an appeal to the Association of Internet Trade Companies. This applies not only to WB. Here, issues of interaction between marketplaces and sellers of goods are resolved. The application goes to the Commission for the Creation of Conditions for Self-Regulation in Electronic Commerce, which considers the request if the site has not responded to it properly. This innovation appeared in July 2022; to date, the Commission has considered about 140 such appeals.
