In the nomination "Best Digital Solution in Healthcare", the award was received by the "Smart Mini-Clinic": a target model of digital modernization of primary health care" project of the Academic Medical Information and Analytical Center with the participation of the company "Spirit Corp". The Academic Medical Information and Analytical Center and the company "Spirit Corp" developed and implemented an IT platform for hybrid mini-formats of primary health care. In the "Smart Mini-Clinic" project, the VideoMost product from "Spirit Corp" provides stable and reliable video communication in the doctor-patient; doctor-doctor; doctor-doctor-patient links. The unique integration of digital technologies allows combining new hybrid mini-formats of primary care with the functionality polyclinics, reducing the size, capital and operating costs, routing and time to result. Currently, an upgrade of the solution to a cloud service SaaS and the creation of a network of smart mini-polyclinics in Moscow and other regions of the Russian Federation are being worked out.

The winner in the nomination "Best Digital Solution in Education" was the project "A Cycle of Courses for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees, United by the Platform "Digital Economy of MGIMO International Economic Relations". The Faculty of International Economic Relations of MGIMO prepared a bachelor's course "Digital Transformation of the World Economy", an interfaculty course "School of Digital Economy Leaders" and a master's course "Digitalization of Economic Processes" on the platform "Digital Economy of MGIMO International Economic Relations". The work on the course is based on the educational technologies of "blended learning" and "flipped classroom" in the format of solving applied cases and modeling specialized events. Based on the courses, 421 international specialists with digital competencies were trained.
