about adjusting to corporate work?

The recruitment process at Getinge went really smoothly. After receiving a call that the company was interested in my candidacy, I had a phone conversation with my current Team Leader Asia Kozicka. Because I work as a USA Customer Service Intern, a high level of English and the availability to work late hours across different time zones were very important. This was no surprise to me - I was prepared for it.
TALENT DAYS: Apart from working across time zones, what do you do in your current position at the company?
BASIA: I work as a trainee in Service Administration and on a daily basis I deal with the process related to Getinge equipment servicing in the United States. We jokingly say with the team that we are a black hole into which all the problems we try to solve fall. And this in turn requires contact with many departments, technicians anindonesia phone number example d our customers. I really like that every day is a new challenge and how many people I have the opportunity to cooperate with every day.
First job in a corporation - advice from Basia
TALENT DAYS: What advice would you give others about adjusting to corporate work?
BASIA: The first job in an office can be terrifying for anyone, but from my experience I can say that there is nothing to be afraid of. My team helped me a lot to get started and taught me the whole process. You should not be afraid to ask questions and seek help when you cannot solve some problems on your own. Everyone was a beginner at some point - your co-workers remember that.
Basia once took her first steps, so did we, and every young person entering the job market must also take that first step. When you do it depends only on you, but we can tell you where you can take it - at the Talent Days job fair in your city!
