Add recent posts with thumbnails widget blockIn the widget block settings, you can enter a title such as “Latest Posts” and select the number of posts to display.

Now when you visit your website, you will see the posts you marked as “kept on top” in your sidebar as recent posts.

The plugin also adds a star icon on the Posts page in your WordPress dashboard.
This allows you to quickly mark a post as kept on top by clicking the icon. You don't need to open the content editor or view the quick edit settings.
Posts kept at the top are usually used for featured posts to display your most important content, so your old featured posts will disappear into the archives after some time.
The good news is that you can bring your old featured content back to life by displaying it on a custom archive page or elsewhere on your site.
