In any type of business, customers will certainly ask various questions. Some questions are common and repetitive in nature. The same questions, or more or less the same, are asked by different customers.



People who run a food stall or restaurant business must be used to getting questions like this from customers. I believe you must already have a scheme for answering questions like this.



This answer scheme is not for you, but for the employees who work with you. When they are asked questions like this, at least they know what to answer, and the answers they give can bring a lot of profit to your business.



But if you don't have a restaurant business yet, you can take a look at some examples of common questions that are often asked by customers who visit restaurants. There are also questions for which I have provided sample answers. If the answers are suitable for the business you run, use them for your business.

There may be other questions that are commonly asked by customers that I have missed or forgotten to include here. For that, I will update this article periodically, if I have new information.



But for now, here are some examples of questions that are frequently asked by customers visiting a restaurant. If you or your employees can provide satisfactory answers, In Shaa Allah, the customer will not hesitate to order food worth hundreds of ringgit for a single order.

The typical answer I always get when I ask this kind of question is physician database "everything is delicious" . While what tastes good to someone else's tongue and throat, I may not necessarily taste the same.



People who come for the first time will usually wonder the same thing. Restaurant workers can suggest any menu that suits the visitor's taste. You can ask follow-up questions such as "do you prefer chicken, meat or seafood?"




For example, if the answer given is "I like seafood..." you can suggest several seafood-based menus.
