While it's easy to create a Venn diagram in Google Slides, it lacks the advanced features of professional diagramming software. You may face these difficulties, especially if you're new to the world of diagrams and presentations:

Need for multiple tools: Creating a simple Venn diagram may have been easy in Google Slides, but it wasn't data-driven. For complex reports, you'll need tools like Google Docs or Google Sheets to gather data, then manually switch between them and Slides to enter the relevant details. This process is tedious and error-prone.
Manual Adjustments: Using the drop-down menu to add a Venn diagram in Slides is straightforward. However, manually adjusting overlapping areas and customizing beyond the available options becomes tedious. Fine-tuning intersections often requires extra effort, leading to increased workload and inconsistent diagrams throughout your presentation.
