When I tell you to dress for work, I don't mean that you have to wear a suit and tie, high heels or anything like that. I just mean that you have to change out of your pajamas, take a shower and put on whatever clothes you would wear to go out for a walk and that are comfortable for you at the same time.

This is a detail that may seem insignificant, but starting the day with fresh clothes helps you activate your mind and get to work on your to-do list.
