Of course, it is important to exchange knowledge and experience, but no company or consortium will be able to develop a mobile operating system based on Android in Russia due to existing restrictions."

In my opinion, given that there are only two operating systems in the world - iOS and Android, and also given the disappearance of systems such as Symbian and Windows, the creation of a large number of operating systems seems unnecessary."

This would be a more effective solution than wasting effort on developing several operating systems for the local market.
