What trends do you predict for eLearning?
EXPOELEARNING advances new trends every year, which we collect annually in an article that we publish on our website. We have talked about machine learning, chatbots, blockchain and we will continue to do so (we already have the central theme of the 2020 congress in mind).
A clear trend is that everything that “the machine, the robot, artificial intelligence” can do will end up being done, but teachers will not disappear if they position themselves precisely in everything that a robot cannot do. E-learning without soul will be pure and cold information, a simple Google tailored to me or a Wikipedia to consult any subject, but training that is committed to values, to being taught with soul, with a collaborative spirit, with the desire to achieve the transformation of the person, that pushes them to be better or even helps them to be happier, that will be the innovative e-learning that we all hope for.
The other one where robots will answer students' questions and give them a grade (which already exists) will be very cheap, but I don't think it will reach the bottom of the human heart. We'll have to see because almost anything is possible.
If by tools we mean applications, platforms that manage all processes, adaptable to any situation, change, novelty requested by FUNDAE, SEPE or other similar organizations such as SENA in Colombia, SENCE in Chile, etc., there are many and very good ones as we see every year at EXPOELEARNING .
All the processes that can be mechanized, simplified, robotized are being done, it is like a race to see who gets there first, but with the variable that any change in the laws, which tend to be many and frequent, sometimes implies almost starting over.
That is why the entire public and private training system should be governed by broad agreements and consensus, laws in short, which will facilitate work, stability and therefore the growth and development of the sector, without as many changes as have occurred in recent years. Companies cannot be waiting every year for changes, new regulations, and changes imposed by the Administration.
Let us agree on a modern, agile, automatic, digital, simple and sustainable system over time that makes it easy to justify subsidized training, that helps companies focus on R&D, quality , good benin phone data results, international competition, and not so much on worrying about how and when I should justify the subsidy received to teach that course.
I have always been in favour of the training voucher , which would mean that each worker has an annual amount of money, based on their contribution, seniority in the company, etc., which they must invest in courses on the market that they wish to take or that the company recommends they take individually or in a group. With this system, Spain would have the best training companies in the world.
This concludes the first part of the interview with José Lozano. You will soon be able to read the second part on the Cursos Femxa blog .
