B2B organizations reap the benefits of engagement

Post by Bappy11 »

If you want to build relationships with customers, both the sender and the receiver are real people. On the organizational side, this is preferably the employee who has substantive knowledge of the most important themes at play. If you use this potential in a good way, you can let a B2B organization grow.

So engagement with target groups delivers growth. But what kind of growth exactly? I would like to share the results of a study called ' The Social Transformation Report ', which provides the answer. First, a bit about the study.

The research was conducted by Charlene Li of Altimeter, commissioned by Hootsuite (a social media management tool). telegram data Li is the founder of Altimeter, a research and consultancy firm in the field of disruptive technologies. You may also know her from her books, such as the classic in the social media world: Groundswell (2008). When Li says something, it usually makes sense. The report surveyed more than 2,000 people, 71% of whom were social team managers. Interviews were also conducted with leaders from nine organizations.

The report compares two types of organizations: socially mature and socially less mature. Hootsuite defines 'Five Stages of Social Media Maturity' here. You can see these 5 stages below and learn more about them in this video .
