There are three ways to submit a notification:

In person. You need to fill out all the documents and come to the FTS office at the place of permanent or temporary registration.

Through a representative. If you have a representative with a notarized power of attorney, he or she can act on your behalf. In this case, the power of attorney must include the authority to notify the tax office about your foreign accounts.

By mail. You can send documents by registered mail to the FTS office at the registration address.

Online inpersonal account of the taxpayer— in the section “Catalog of requests”.


If you are not registered in Russia, you can choose any branch of the Federal Tax Service.

Registration in the Taxpayer's Personal Account
The easiest way to submit a notification is online through the afghanistan mobile database Taxpayer's Personal Account. You can register in three ways:

Obtain a registration card at the FTS office. To do this, you need to personally come to the tax office and request registration data. You will be given a login and password that you can use to log in to your personal account.

Get a qualified EP. It will allow you to register without visiting the inspection. A qualified signature can only be issued by a center accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development.

Log in via your account on Gosuslugi. Only verified accounts on Gosuslugi are suitable for logging into the Taxpayer's Personal Account.


Notification of account opening and closing
To notify the tax office that you have opened a foreign account, you need to fill outuniform formfor legal entities, individuals and individual entrepreneurs. It should indicate:

personal or company data;

information about the foreign bank where the account is opened: name, SWIFT code or BIC, taxpayer number, legal address;

open account or deposit number;

date of opening (and closing) of the account;

contract number and date of conclusion of the contract.


To notify the tax office about a change in details, you need to fill outa separate form. It contains the same information.

The deadline for submitting the document is no later than one month from the date of the event. If you notify the Federal Tax Service by mail, the date of submission is considered to be the date of sending the letter.
