Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported on the implementation of digital technologies in agriculture at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin also took part in the event.

Last year, as part of the cyprus whatsapp resource year of digitalization, the republic's agro-industrial complex received 300 million rubles. The funds were used to develop an information system, rent servers, provide technical support and certify the information system, implement the first stage of technical re-equipment of the apparatus of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, and support the program for agricultural enterprises in automation. Also, 135 million rubles of extra-budgetary funds were attracted under the program for automation and digitalization of fields.

System of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was developed, which received state status in 2022. To date, 9 modules have been developed, 6 of which have already been implemented. The system has registered 1,235 agricultural producers, producing more than 70% of the gross output of the republic.

Thus, the "Data Collection" module allows you to receive more accurate information from agricultural producers themselves and directly from their accounting systems. Using the milk report as an example, the percentage of error in the transmitted data decreased by 3 times compared to 2019.

The Geoinformation System module is the basic module in the crop production area, where farms work on annual updating of field boundaries and crops. At present, the system contains information on 2.8 million hectares of fields, which is 92% of the statistical data, and the remaining 8% relate to small farms that do not work in the system. This system allows structuring information on collecting, forming, storing field boundaries and crops; crop history by year; crops in the context of crops for the current year. This module helps to use information when planning subsidies in crop production.

The "Unused Lands" module monitors fields using satellite images. Over 125 thousand hectares of arable land have been put into circulation in 4 years, which has increased the revenue of agricultural enterprises by 3.5 billion rubles.

The Minister noted that livestock enterprises are the most automated, however, they have a great dependence on imported software. Enterprises operating in the field of plant growing mainly use domestic software. And 74% of agricultural enterprises out of 910 respondents do not use equipment accounting and monitoring systems.

A pilot program to support agricultural enterprises in automation has also been implemented. In 2022, 276 specialists from 138 enterprises were trained under this program, and 30 enterprises were automated. They paid up to 50% of the project cost themselves, which amounted to 40 million rubles, and the rest was compensated by the Ministry. This year, specialists from 106 enterprises were trained under the program.

Comprehensive automation of agricultural enterprises includes digital programs for herd management and feeding process, systems for monitoring cow health. Currently, these programs are installed in 182 farms, the number of cows in which is 80% of the dairy herd of agricultural formations. Last year, milk production in these farms increased by 84 thousand tons. Thus, additional revenue from milk sales amounted to 2.1 billion rubles.

Work on the implementation of digital technologies in machine and tractor fleets continues. Already 1/3 of self-propelled equipment is equipped with GPS/GLONASS trackers, which allow increasing the efficiency of units, optimizing technological processes, and, accordingly, costs
