For Companies, the amount is doubled compared to the provision of Article 2630 of the Civil Code and therefore ranges from a minimum of €206.00 to a maximum of €2,064.00: this results in a reduced payment of €412.00 for each principal obligor/company representative.
For individual businesses, the amount is tripled compared to the provision of art. 2194 of the civil code and therefore ranges from a minimum of €30.00 to a maximum of €1,548.00: the result is a reduced payment of €60.00.
