According to statistics collected by the SkillStaff platform for searching IT professionals using the outstaffing model (owned by ArtWeb Group LLC), collected for the third quarter of 2023, more than half (51%) of all requests for outstaffing candidates through the platform are related to the search for developers. Among them, 11% required 1C developers, 10% - React developers, 9% - Java developers, 8% - C# developers, 7% - Golang developers. The remaining requests were less in demand.
are related to the search for japan whatsapp number database a system analyst and 13% - a business analyst. According to a joint study by HH.ru and Technocracy, the number of vacancies for system and business analysts at the end of September 2023 increased by 55% and 43%, respectively, compared to the same period last year.

Konstantin Shakurov, Head of Analytics at SimbirSoft LLC, points out that IT development product teams require specialists of various profiles, which can only be found on an outstaffing basis: "When starting a project, we increasingly see a large team: a project manager, a business analyst, a systems analyst, a UX researcher, a UX/UI designer, an IT architect, team leads, backend and frontend developers, a DevOps engineer, QA, SDET, technical writers, etc. This is due to the constant increase in the complexity of projects, the code base, and the number of dependencies in systems. As the complexity of projects grows, the workload on analysts also increases. The entire team vitally needs comprehensive requirements that accurately answer not only the question "What to do?", but most importantly - the question "How to develop?" It is already difficult for a full-stack analyst to single-handedly close all the analysis tasks, so the IT industry has predictably come to the differentiation of roles among analysts - for a business analyst, system analyst, RPA analyst, product analyst and technical writer. The demand for React, Java and Python developers, as well as business analysts and autotesters is stable. Recently, we have seen an increase in demand for system analysts, DevOps engineers, 1C developers and 1C analysts. And this is understandable in the context of the import substitution trend."

According to Nikolay Fetyukhin, CEO of Intelsy, the demand for mobile developers has returned - both iOS and Android: "Traditionally, there is more demand for Android, due to the fact that there are simply more solutions written for Android. Design specialists are also in demand: both ux and ux/ui. These are the most popular specialties that are in demand in the outstaffing market. Of course, testers are needed. I would estimate the growth of outstaffing by 25-30 percent. More precisely, the market is recovering, since in 2022 it was battered, including due to the introduction of sanctions. Companies did not understand how to plan long-term strategies, because of this, they curtailed a number of development projects. This year, the entire business has already adapted. The market has recovered. We are optimistic about next year, since there is a very powerful trend that is beginning to manifest itself - import substitution. I think it will be a driver in the next 5-10 years in the country's economy and will allow the market to provide standard "25-30% growth."

Viktor Smirnov, Director of the Software Development Business at AO KROK Incorporated, estimates the growth rate of demand for outstaffing services somewhat more modestly: "For the second year in a row, the market has been growing by an average of 10-15%. We predict that this trend will continue next year. This tendency is primarily related to companies' requests to replace solutions from Western vendors and regulators' requirements."

Deputy Director for Recruitment at Auriga LLC Tatyana Kozina believes that outstaffing is a good alternative for quickly hiring employees: "The IT outstaffing market has grown and matured significantly in 2023, according to market experts. Currently, outstaffing in IT occupies a fairly strong position among the services of Russian companies, which speaks more about its advantages than disadvantages. Since the labor market as a whole continues to experience an acute shortage of IT specialists, outs
