The rules for the operation of a cryptocurrency exchange operator allow the purchase and sale of tokens for Belarusian rubles, foreign currency or electronic money, as well as the exchange of tokens of one type for tokens of another type. At the same time, a crypto broker in the HTP has the right to work with any individuals and legal entities that are both residents and non-residents of the Republic of Belarus.

The period for creating a crypto broker in the HTP is two to three months, so the management of Finam expects to register such a professional market participant no later than the end of February 2024.
