Next, you may want to customize what LiveChat calls an eyecatcher. These are images that appear when the LiveChat window is minimized.

To do so, you can look under Engagement “ Eye-catcher .

We also recommend customizing the pre-chat form, where you can collect the visitor's information before the chat starts.
