Salesland: our capabilities as an employer brand

There is a figure that we can use as a starting point: 14,036. These are the people who currently form part of our company's team of professionals, mostly telemarketers , promoters and salespeople.



In order to provide a quality service to all our clients and always have the best staff, at Salesland we hire an average of 2,000 new workers per month. That is why one of the company's key departments is the selection and training department , with each business unit having specialized selection and training teams, who help us find the best profiles for clients, fully understanding their needs and idiosyncrasies.



As Human Capital Director at Salesland, I often receive turkey whatsapp lead proposals for collaboration to help us externally in the selection and hiring of these profiles, but all the experiences we have had in external hiring have always been negative. Why?



Because of the specialization of the selection teams in the search and training of the profiles we need, since we not only need the best profile for each project, but we also train them in sales techniques : we train them as salespeople. We are not looking for profiles with experience in sales, we are looking for people with the ability to learn, a desire to work, enthusiasm and excitement for what they do.



Another point that sets us apart is the agility with which we have to cover our selection processes, which requires highly polished processes and procedures, having a well-fed and updated internal database and having agile work tools adapted to our day-to-day work.



Furthermore, all our selection processes are transparent and inclusive. We are committed to the diversity of our teams, promoting the hiring of professionals who are in more vulnerable situations when it comes to finding a job, offering a job opportunity to those groups that are most undervalued, or at risk of social exclusion.



Finally, it is worth highlighting that we are a company highly committed to gender equality , with 57% of our positions occupied by women.



So the commitment is clear, what sets us apart and allows us to maintain this recruitment policy and be a benchmark as an employer brand is the specialization of our selection teams, always being at the forefront of new recruitment techniques and tools, having an updated employer branding and implementing talent retention and attraction policies, in order to continue being leaders in our sector.
